Family, familia, Ayllu is a workshop that aims to use photography and collage art as tools for personal and community storytelling and self-representation through imagery. The project took place with students of Bushwick Leaders Highschool and explores the idea of Family/Familia/Ayllu and belonging. As a final stage of the workshop, a compilation of the artwork created by the students was presented in a public paste-up installation at Mayday Space in Bushwick, Brooklyn. The installation was part of the Bushwick Open Studios Festival in September 2021.
